Hearing every voice
We send a yearly inclusion survey to our employees to gain insight into their experiences and create informed action plans to continuously improve our culture, belonging, and psychological safety.
Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee (DISC)
This is our internal committee made up of senior leaders from across the company. They provide advocacy, oversight, support, and guidance on principles that support an inclusive workforce.

Rooted in community
Through our 501(c)(3) non-profit, Affirm Cares, we engage with local nonprofit organizations to build connections and offer support, such as financial literacy and technology education. We also actively work to engage merchant partners from under-resourced communities, furthering economic opportunity more broadly.
